They have just finished the building of a brand new Regional Distribution Centre in Cardiff and we are now recruiting Warehouse Pickers to work in the Fresh Produce Section. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning retailer at their newest and largest UK Distribution Centre. As an Order Picker, your role will be to achieve service levels at all times, whilst contributing to an efficient and co-operative working environment, optimum productivity and minimal inventory loss. Receiving instructions through a headset, you will 'pick' stock for specific stores and load it onto pallets. You ensure that full pallets are secured, clearly marked with the correct store code and all the paperwork is accurate. Pallets are then cling-wrapped before passing through designated lanes for loading onto lorries and being delivered to stores.
