Batch production

批量生产：当客户需要一批相同且小量的产品时,制造者为不同的客户不同的产品所采用的生产方法。生产后发现产品有瑕疵时,根据批号可很容易找出其原因,例如为工作人员、机器或材料等,可减少再产生相同瑕疵的机会,以减少瑕疵品的产生。就生产流程技术与工作组织而言,批量生产和大量生产与连续生产有所不同。
