Disqualified driver

无照驾驶：驾驶人因违反交通规则,被交通管理单位扣押或吊销驾照。物流业的司机都需有驾照,但如驾照被扣押或吊销,有些司机担心失去工作被公司处罚,未向公司说明,形成无照驾驶。如向公司说明情况,公司可改派司机做其他不需要驾照的工作,待领回驾照后,再做司机工作,所以管理人员：要定期检查司机的驾照。
