转载自 e2biz服务笔记，原创作者丁怡等1.新年的麻烦新的一年开始了，成树斌却一点也高兴不起来。他的仓库遇到了大麻烦。成树斌所在的八达公司是一家中型仓储物流企业，主要为制造业和零售业提供仓储外包服务。他是八达公司的仓库经理之一。成树斌的麻烦来自于公司刚刚接到的一笔业务——为H公司提供VMI服务。H公司是八达公司多年的客户，一直合作良好，但是H公司最近推行VMI，要求供应商和物流公司都要加入，否则就更换合作伙伴。八达公司以前没有提供过VMI服务，但大家想仓库嘛，总不过是收货发货这点事，上了VMI无非就是要按使用方要求配送，就是配送频次高点，大家辛苦点，为了不被H公司换掉，也为了那迷人的服务费，就接下来这个VMI的任务。可是VMI一启动，成树斌就知道麻烦大了。成树斌的仓库不算大，只有两千多平米，但是都是5米多高的高层货架，里面储存了3000多个SKU的物料。实行VMI之后，H公司给每个供应商分配了很有限的库位，只够放3-7天的用量。每次供应商送货来，就被仓库按品类放到货位上。█第一个麻烦快要累死人了就是H公司要求车间提出需求后2小时之内要送达。这本不是个很难达到的要求，因为成树斌的仓库离H公司很近，走路过去也不过15分钟。可主要的麻烦不是运输，而是拣货。以前给H公司送货，都是整包装送，而且每周也就送个两三次。现在H公司要求按工单配送，工厂每个小时都会发过来两到三份需求（...; 关注问题 3  1  0评论
